George Kelly is the Chairman and Executive Director of BTSF Foundation. He directs the operations of the organization. Before joining BTSF, George had a long career in executive leadership roles with many organizations, including: Archway Communities, Riderflex, The Michaels Organization, LandCare, Aggregate Industries, and Jacobs Engineering. George holds a Master’s degree in Business Administration from the Fox School of Business of Temple University in Philadelphia, PA. His undergraduate education was in electrical and computer engineering. George also served for 11 years in the U.S. Army, both on Active Duty and as a member of the Pennsylvania National Guard. George and his wife, Melissa, live in Mantua, NJ and are in the process of establishing a vineyard and winery there. George has two adult children, George Jr. and Samantha.

I don’t think anyone said it better than Maya Angelou, ‘The ache for home lives in all of us. The safe place where we can go as we are and not be questioned.’ I love to travel and see the world and meet new people, but I always love coming home best.
